Contact the artistes and their management before they are booked on any program which is organized. 2. Pay artistes for any show they perform 3. Radio DJs should eschew from taking money from artistes before playing their songs on air whiles they also want the artistes to perform free show for them when the same DJs organize their programmes . 4. Add upcoming artistes to programmes when other mainstream artistes are booked for the program. 5.No more free show programmes which the event organizers tag as helping the upcoming artistes which is not true but to their benefit.
